These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at fundflexintelligence.com and the FundFlex Intelligence platform (together, the "Service"), operated by FundFlex Intelligence Ltd ("FundFlex", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Scotland. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for organisations and the professionals acting on their behalf. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to act for the organisation you represent.
FundFlex Intelligence is a capital intelligence platform that helps organisations discover, qualify and prepare for funding and investment opportunities. The Service provides information, analysis and matching tools to support decision-making.
The Service supports your own decisions; it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on it constitutes a recommendation, offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction. Funding and investment outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and eligibility indications are not guarantees. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting.
Submitting a request through the website does not create any obligation on us to provide access, and we may accept or decline requests at our discretion. Where you are given access, you are responsible for keeping any credentials secure and for activity carried out under your access.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are established or where a breach occurs.
